Develop new workflows and front-end components for the ECB ATAS Consolidation project.
Design and build screens for user management, case intake, error/warning messages, and batching/grouping of summonses.
Create new web services for nightly data and letter drops to Fedcap and petitioners.
Implement multithreading techniques to optimize application performance.
Upgrade system components, including third-party technologies (Websphere, WebLogic, Tomcat), to latest versions ensuring browser compatibility (Edge, Chrome, Safari).
Write high-quality, maintainable code using ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, AngularJS, HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Utilize architectural patterns including SOA, MVC, Factory, and Singleton.
Build and integrate new scanning and audio recording services to replace legacy systems dependent on Internet Explorer.
Develop web services for automated file and letter distribution and remote hearing workflows.
Generate custom reports based on business requirements.
Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure code quality and functional integrity.
Conduct sanity, regression, and functional testing prior to QA deployment.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as a .NET Developer.
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, MS Visual Studio .NET, XML, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.
Experience in system design, coding, testing, deployment, and writing technical/user documentation.
Proficiency in database design, data access/manipulation, and web services integration.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with business users, managers, and technical teams.
Must be able to work onsite in New York City (no remote work option).
Experience working on government or large-scale enterprise systems.
Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and design patterns (Facade, Factory, Singleton).
Understanding of multithreading, exception handling, and performance tuning.
Prior experience upgrading legacy applications or migrating systems.
Must complete fingerprint and background checks through DCJS and FBI before starting.
