responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics required with +6 years' experience; Master's degree preferred
- Solid experience in writing complex SQL queries on Oracle (PL/SQL)
- Experience as a Mainframe Developer
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Experience with ETL strategies, design, and development.
- Experience with resiliency and stability design principals, including Site Reliabilitity Engineering (SRE).
- Familiarity with large complex system design
- Familiarity with distribution application design and development (Java, .Net, Python) would be a plus.
- Shell scripting experience.
- Linux environment experience.
qualifications:
Hand-on experience with performance optimization and tunning approaches, SQL tuning.
Knowledge on CD process and tools and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, Stash, Artifactory etc.)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
