Summary
Position Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 plus months contract with possible extension
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience
Strong experience with hybrid mobile frameworks (Capacitor / Ionic / similar)
Solid understanding of Angular applications in mobile contexts
Hands-on iOS build, signing, certificates, provisioning profiles
Familiarity with PWA concepts (service workers, caching, offline shell)
Experience in enterprise mobile delivery (CoE, MDM, internal distribution preferred)
Comfortable working in Azure + DevOps + CI/CD environments
Primary Responsibilities
Own the hybrid mobile app layer (Angular app wrapped via Capacitor/Ionic-style tooling) with iOS-first delivery
Lead iOS build, signing certificates, and enterprise distribution (CoE / MDM-compatible)
Collaborate with Angular engineers to ensure mobile-friendly UX, performance, and responsive behavior
Implement and maintain native integrations (secure storage, notifications, app lifecycle, light device APIs)
Ensure PWA-to-wrapper parity and smooth transition between mobile web and mobile app
Drive mobile performance tuning, stability, and device-specific issue resolution
Support mobile-focused testing (device testing, Playwright integration where applicable)
