Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in technical program management for large-scale software development.
Proficiency in wireless communication technologies and cellular provisioning architectures.
Experience with API design, technical system interfacing, and backend integration.
Experience in managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a wireless or telecom ecosystem.
Experience with KPI development, data analytics, and performance dashboarding.
Experience in Wi-Fi to cellular connectivity testing and technical resolution roadmaps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead high-priority technical programs focused on wireless hardware and software provisioning.
Coordinate API specifications and integration requirements with external telecom service providers.
Manage the execution of multiple simultaneous workstreams and complex software projects.
Facilitate technical collaboration between internal engineering teams and strategic external partners.
Oversee data analytics reporting and the development of executive performance metrics.
Direct field testing initiatives to identify and resolve wireless connectivity gaps.
Translate business feature requirements into technical implementation plans for development teams.
