A fast-growing technology team is looking for an
IT Product Engineer to support and enhance enterprise gaming systems used across multiple environments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys system ownership, hands-on engineering, and working on high-visibility projects that directly impact revenue-generating platforms.
Senior level desktop technician with Server experience. What You'll DoYou'll serve as the product engineer for gaming and arcade systems, supporting everything from upgrades to new builds. Your work will span engineering, testing, vendor coordination, and application ownership.
Gaming Systems Engineering- Serve as the product engineer for gaming and arcade systems
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, new builds, and lab environments
- Own application maintenance, roadmaps, and trend analysis
Testing & Certification- Lead system integration testing
- Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing
- Test and certify version updates from vendors
Advanced Support & Troubleshooting- Handle L4 escalations routed to the product team
- Monitor applications proactively to prevent issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
Vendor & Project Collaboration- Coordinate with third-party vendors on application support
- Communicate effectively across teams and project stakeholders
- Support project timelines and deliverables

Required Experience- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of professional IT experience

Technical Must-Haves- SQL: Ability to run queries, pull data, and troubleshoot
- Windows Server: Experience with Windows Server 2012-2022
- Network Troubleshooting: Fundamentals of application-level networking and cable management
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with external application vendors
Nice to Have- Experience with gaming or casino systems
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments
- Some project management experience
