Pay Range: $50-$60/hr

nCino-Salesforce developer is responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud based solutions using nCino & Salesforce technologies. The candidate will be responsible for development of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom nCino development). The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.
The candidate will own reviewing design elements and suggesting on the overall technical design. The candidate will be responsible for developing the nCino & salesforce interfaces ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Experience in design, development and configuration in nCino & Salesforce platform
. Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
. Experience with development technologies such as Apex/VF, JAVA, .Net, Ruby, JS, jQuery
. Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest) and RabitMQ/APIM
. Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security
. Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts using AutoRabit
. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a solution
. Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
. Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
. Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, and AppExchange deployments.
. Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
. Good to have the programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.

Certifications
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified in nCino - 201 is mandatory, 301 will be preferred
Relevant Experience: 4+ years in a consulting function
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Critical Needs
Minimum 1 nCino full life cycle implementation and multiple enhancement/project/support experience in nCino
Strong product knowledge in nCino
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc.)
Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in the development of business solutions
End-end development, configuration and deployment experience in nCino
Good to have experience in AutoRabit, DevOps & Release Management
Strong communication & leadership qualities
