Responsibilities:
- Experience with application architectural patterns:

- Event-driven architectures
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with API tools such as Swagger, Postman, and Assertible
- Data & Messaging Systems
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including:
- DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
- Elasticsearch, MySQL, Oracle
- Experience with batch and streaming systems, such as:
- AWS SQS, SNS, Kinesis
- Testing & Quality
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Hands-on experience with testing tools:
- Selenium
- Cucumber
- Integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Agile Practices
- Experience working within an Agile framework, preferably Scrum
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Effective communication in cross-functional teams
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Candidates without a degree must have 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in Java
- Proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable software systems
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Cloud & DevOps
Desired Skills:- 3+ years of AWS experience, including:
- CloudFormation templates
- ECS clusters, Lambda, Fargate
- Client Elasticsearch, S3
- Strong understanding of IAM roles and policies
- Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80.00 - $81.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
