About the Role

We are seeking a Loan Servicing Analyst to support post-origination loan operations for our banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate loan servicing activities, payment processing, issue resolution, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process loan payments, payoffs, and account adjustments within loan servicing systems

• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

• Respond to borrower, internal, and third-party inquiries related to loan servicing and account status

• Reconcile account discrepancies and investigate servicing-related issues

• Maintain loan records and prepare reports for audits, compliance checks, and financial reviews

• Support system enhancements, policy updates, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services

• Strong understanding of loan servicing workflows and documentation

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to consumer lending and loan servicing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise loan servicing platforms

• Background supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory reporting

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite operational environment
