Role Overview

Humana s Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) organization is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and support large-scale Agile transformations within a cybersecurity portfolio.

This role requires advanced SAFe expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to coach teams and leaders across Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices in a highly complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams, leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business partners on Lean-Agile principles

• Lead enterprise-scale Agile transformations

• Guide teams transitioning from Waterfall to Lean-Agile frameworks

• Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to launch and support new Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

• Coach and train leaders at all levels on Agile strategy, SAFe, and LPM

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe practices

• Facilitate PI Planning, backlog prioritization, metrics, and Agile ceremonies

• Support Jira Align usage and train users across portfolio, program, and team levels

• Create Agile training materials and deliver workshops

• Influence departmental and enterprise Agile transformation strategy

• Provide hands-on coaching for high-profile initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an Agile Coach

• 10+ years working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid models)

• Proven success coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices

• Advanced SAFe & LPM expertise

• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Jira Align (training at all levels required)

  • Agile lifecycle tools (Azure DevOps preferred)

• Experience with Agile transformation at scale, ideally in cyber or technically complex environments

• Advanced Agile certifications such as:

  • CSP

  • ICP-ACC

  • SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree

• Experience working with cybersecurity teams

• Experience coaching non-development Agile teams
