Job Purpose/Description:

What does a great Fulfillment Project Specialist - Network Documentation do?

As part of a highly skilled and motivated team, you will serve in a critical role ensuring the seamless implementation of external networks for Fiserv clients. An effective Specialist will assess and scope complex projects with precision, partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients while maintaining the ability to work independently to meet strict network leadtime requirements. You will typically oversee a portfolio of fifty active projects, balancing accuracy, efficiency, and client expectations. In addition, you will drive process improvement initiatives and create highquality documentation to support knowledge sharing and training across the organization.

As a Fulfillment Project Specialist Network Documentation, you will:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients, while also working independently to complete documentation deliverables.
• Manage multiple networks and associated tasks across a diverse portfolio of projects, including netnew implementations and updates for existing debit, credit, and ATM terminal clients.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and project artifacts to support client requirements, network submissions, and overall project tracking.
• Create and deliver internal and clientfacing manuals, guides, and job aids to support timely, accurate documentation creation and delivery.
• Leverage available tools and systems to streamline documentation processes and consistently meet or exceed established network standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with network timelines to avoid expedite fees and other penalties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor s degree strongly preferred
Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
