Role: SAP ABAP C4C & IS-U Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

JD:

C4C + ISU techno functional . Focus more on Customer Service M2C processes and how it integrates with other module, but primary skill is CS

Strong experience in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP IS-U with a techno-functional background.
Primary focus on Customer Service and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) business processes.
Deep understanding of end-to-end M2C lifecycle: customer onboarding, metering, billing, invoicing, and collections.
Hands-on experience integrating C4C with IS-U modules such as Billing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM.
Experience in cross-module integrations with SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, and third-party systems via APIs/IDocs/Web Services.
Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional and technical solutions.
Support system configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support for customer service processes.
