Service Desk Analyst

TITLE: Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid Schedule)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years IT Helpdesk or Desktop related experience required.
• Monitor ticketing systems and respond to incoming user issues
• Providing 1st & 2nd level support ie; hardware / software, connectivity issues
• Good understanding of Windows, O365 and Active Directory
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding pc users as needed and adding new users and accounts through Active Directory
• Assist in providing quality customer service and assistance to approximately 5000 users
• Looking for individuals that want to be trained and grow within the organization.
• Experience supporting users remotely over phone
• This is a hybrid position and requires dependable internet connection
