OpenShift DevOps

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift DevOps Engineer to support enterprise-scale infrastructure and application delivery for a major financial services client, This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week at either the Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ office.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code, along with a collaborative mindset to work closely with development, security, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

• Support and maintain cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability

• Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Work with development teams to improve deployment processes and reduce downtime

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and financial industry standards

• Provide production support and incident response when required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)

• Strong Linux/Unix and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)

• Experience working in enterprise or financial services environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with Wells Fargo or other large banking environments

• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks

• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus
