Summary

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study
6+ years creating Data Warehouse BI applications (ETL/data mart development, reporting, dashboards, analytics delivery)
Ability to work cross‑functionally across ETL and BI tasks
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks preferred
2+ years in Child Welfare Services, Juvenile Justice, Juvenile Services, or related areas
SQL Assistant / Teradata Studio experience

Additional Skills

Familiarity with PMM/SUITE/Agile methodology
End‑user training experience
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) across technical and business stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Experience collaborating with Data Modelers and developers to align logical and physical designs
Application design with focus on reconciliation, performance, and business value
Leadership: team lead/resource, guiding code development and mentoring staff
Disaster recovery planning and implementation
Change management, test plan review, and security incorporation
