Lead Big Data Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Big Data Engineer to join our Software Development team to support our client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable applications leveraging modern Big Data technologies. This role requires a strong proficiency in developing Cloud Native applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand the client requirements and provide alternate solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Cloud Native applications using big data technologies.
• Lead a team of developers, and guide/mentor the jr. developers as needed
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement and agile development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with relevant experience.
