Instructional Designer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Instructional Designer III to join their team.

Responsibilities:
* Conducts learning and performance gap analysis
* Design scalable, digital-first and blended learner-centric solutions for the modern workplace environment
* Design and develop high-quality, impactful learning solutions to address key capability gaps across the business with minimal oversight
* Consults and partners with subject-matter experts in the organization to develop learning solutions that meet the needs of the Insurance and Healthcare workforce
* Partners with the Business Education team to successfully implement all learning solutions
* Manage multiple instructional design projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation
* Maintains current knowledge of industry trends related to learning and development design and delivery
* Maintains technical expertise of current design tools, including AI

The Instructional Designer produces learning deliverables including analysis documentation, storyboards, facilitation/audio scripts, presentations/recordings, learner guides, interactive learning exercises, simulations, role play and other experiential activities such as business scenarios, case studies, knowledge checks and pre and post assessments related to:
* eLearning modules
* micro-learning and video-learning
* blended learning

REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in Instructional Design and Managing training development projects is required
* 5+ years of instructional system design experience
* Advanced knowledge and use of adult learning theory, the systemic design of instruction (ADDIE model, etc.), Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, Blooms Taxonomy and performance improvement methodologies to create blended learning and performance intervention programs
* Significant and relevant proven experience in designing and delivering modern learning solutions in a corporate setting
* Skilled in assimilating and curating content into meaningful learning journeys delivered through various media
* Skilled in creating eLearning development tools such as Adobe CC, Articulate360/Storyline/ Captivate, and other video/audio editing and content development tools
* Able to design according to learning industry standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI/etc.)
* Able to write publication-ready learner-focused copy
* Highly organized
* High attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
