Job Overview
WinWire is seeking a senior Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to act as a trusted technology advisor for enterprise customers. This role is highly customer-facing and blends enterprise architecture, technology consulting, and technical sales to drive business growth and long-term customer value.
The ATS will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to shape enterprise IT strategies, influence executive decision-making, and support complex transformational deals across cloud, data, AI, and modern enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Customer Engagement
Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and drive account growth opportunities.
Support complex, transformational deal pursuits and consulting-led sales engagements.
Engage early with customer business and IT leaders to understand challenges and priorities.
Trusted Advisor & Thought Leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs, Enterprise Architects, and IT leaders.
Present thought leadership on emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, Hybrid Cloud, Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation.
Develop compelling value propositions aligned to customer business outcomes.
Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy
Design and recommend enterprise technology strategies and roadmaps.
Provide deep expertise across Microsoft Azure, with exposure to AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Evaluate Microsoft solutions against competitive platforms to recommend best-fit architectures.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
Deliver executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling.
Influence senior stakeholders through clear articulation of technical and business value.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Leadership & Collaboration
Collaborate with internal leadership to align technology strategy with business priorities.
Contribute to ATS playbooks, best practices, and sales enablement initiatives.
Stay current with fast-evolving technology trends and industry best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer-facing advisory roles within IT services or consulting.
Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or Technical Sales / Presales.
Hands-on experience across:
Cloud platforms (Azure required; AWS/Google Cloud Platform exposure preferred)
Data platforms & Analytics
AI / Generative AI
Security, Infrastructure, Applications
Proven success supporting or closing complex enterprise deal cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop points of view and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Background as an Enterprise Architect with customer advisory responsibilities.
Experience in Data & AI–led transformation programs.
Prior experience in technical consulting or technology sales roles.
Demonstrated thought leadership (blogs, webinars, whitepapers, speaking engagements).
What We’re NOT Looking For
Candidates with only internal IT experience and no customer-facing roles.
Purely technical roles with no sales, presales, or advisory exposure.
Lack of enterprise architecture or cloud technology experience.
