Seeking a senior Business Analyst/Programmer Analyst to support and enhance multiple infectious disease-related applications and migrations. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting Agile delivery, creating functional design documents, user stories, prototypes/mockups, coordinating testing/UAT, maintaining documentation, and assisting with change/implementation activities.
Responsibilities:
Create high-level and detailed functional requirements; perform gap analysis
Support full SDLC; write functional/technical specs for complex projects
Develop functional design docs; collaborate with stakeholders for approvals
Create user stories, task breakdowns, prototypes/mockups
Support Agile projects and testing metrics/reporting
Develop/execute test plans, test cases, test data; assist with UAT and post-implementation testing
Track defects vs. enhancements; maintain defect logs
Assist with solution assessment/hosting/firewall documentation and change board documents
Create training content and user manuals
Maintain/update system documentation; support production monitoring and user issues
Required Skills:
8+ years Business Analysis experience on complex systems
8+ years writing functional requirements for development projects
8+ years developing/executing test plans and test cases
5+ years working in Agile (including test-driven development)
8+ years maintaining system documentation and training materials
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar requirements/test tracking tool)
Experience working with HIPAA data
