Job Title:Admissions Systems Analyst 2
Department:Strategic Enrollment | Admissions Systems & Imaging
Reporting to the Director of Admissions Systems and Document Imaging, the Admissions Systems Analyst 2 will serve as an integral part of a service-oriented unit supporting Strategic Enrollment Management within the Office of Admissions Systems and Imaging. Analysts in this role are expected to demonstrate a foundational understanding of the unit's major areas of support and develop growing expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Admissions applications management, internal and external
Admissions-related payment management
Application requirements, maintenance, and evaluation
Orientation
Checklist management
Data integrity, management, and security
Communications
Writing/editing queries
User security/access
Training/documentation
Operational support for undergraduate, graduate, and professional admissions
Admissions customizations within the Student Information System
Integrations with external systems
Analysts in this role are in the process of building their knowledge of admissions systems and are expected to work closely with more experienced colleagues to learn processes and best practices. Collaborative work is emphasized, with opportunities to test and validate system changes under the guidance of senior analysts before transitioning to more independent tasks. Analysts complete both collaborative and independent projects, documenting their responsibilities, including routine and non-routine tasks, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Training may be a part of this role, including assisting with cross-training colleagues for coverage and providing operational users with guidance on system usage. Analysts are expected to participate in special projects and handle other duties as assigned. Occasionally, this role may require work outside of normal business hours to validate system upgrades or support peak operational periods, such as during application and operational deadlines.
Required Competencies:
Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
2 years of relevant experience
Desired Competencies:
Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions preferred
2-4 years of experience working with a Student Information System or CRM

Salary range for this position is $58,700-$77,200. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
