Job Description:

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
Hands-on expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge
Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
