Client Title: AES Technician
Industry Title: SAP Billing Analyst (Contract Labor & Vendor Invoicing)
Site/Location: Plaquemine LA
The AES Technician is a critical role to the site that ensures contract companies get paid through Comengy/AES 32 which is a bolt on system to SAP for contract payables.
Responsibilities:
- Audits contractor labor hours through gate system data.
- Audits and approves gate-log override requests.
- Works with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies with gate-log overrides and labor allocations through Comengy/AES 32.
- Obtains weekly labor allocation approvals to prepare for billing.
- Resolves recharge and invoice errors that are submitted through Comengy/AES 32.
- Assists Site Comengy/AES 32 SME with training new Comengy/AES 32 users.
- Audits contractor recharge and invoice submissions to ensure contractual accuracy.
Skills Required
- Ability to follow a documented work process to ensure consistent output.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with many different suppliers and stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- SAP knowledge is not required but preferred.
