Pega Systems Developer/Pega Technical Analyst/Pega BPM Developer- Remote

We are seeking a Pega Developer / Analyst to design, build, and support scalable business process and decisioning solutions using the Pega Platform. This role combines hands-on development with business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality Pega applications.

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements

• Configure and customize workflows, case management, UI, and decision rules

• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and other APIs

• Apply Pega best practices including guardrails, performance tuning, and reuse

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support UAT activities

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards

• Support production issues and provide ongoing application enhancements

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

• Hands-on experience with Pega Platform (PRPC)

• Strong understanding of case management, flows, rulesets, and data models

• Experience working as both a developer and analyst in Agile environments

• Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP)

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Familiarity with Pega Guardrails and performance best practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
