Summary

Senior Program Manager – Logistics / WMS

Overview:
Lead large-scale logistics and distribution center programs, including warehouse, transportation, and fulfillment initiatives. This role focuses on cross-functional coordination and strategic program delivery across DC operations, Final Mile, TMS, 3PL integrations, and WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics programs with vendors and internal teams.
Drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and program metrics.
Lead DC rollouts, warehouse efficiency improvements, and transportation projects.
Oversee WMS integrations (Manhattan WMOS preferred), MODs, and related reporting.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to resolve program issues.

Qualifications:

10+ years program/project management experience, 8+ years in logistics/supply chain/retail.
Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and 3PL management.
Strong financial management, forecasting, and executive communication skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence).
Manufacturing experience acceptable; retail experience preferred.
