Summary
Overview
Executes detailed test scenarios for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Creates and maintains test cases aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria, logs defects with clear reproduction steps, and validates fixes to ensure releases meet defined quality standards.
Duties
- Analyze user stories and requirements to create and maintain test cases and test data.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations.
- Log defects with clear steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence; verify fixes and perform re-tests.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects to support coverage and release confidence.
- Support UAT by preparing test scripts, assisting users, and triaging issues.
- Provide test status updates and flag release risk early.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years QA experience testing Salesforce or similar enterprise web applications.
- Strong ability to write clear test cases and defect reports, and collaborate with delivery teams.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination as a condition of employment.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred)
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) (preferred)
