Oracle Fusion Cloud Performance Management Consultant

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Performance Management Consultant to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for the Oracle Fusion Performance Management module. You will act as the functional expert, collaborating directly with the client and the broader AMS team to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. This is a long-term, part-time, contract engagement, that would begin in February 2026 and require flexibility with working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Fusion Performance Management module
• Lead small projects, optimizations, and enhancements
• Conduct testing and validation of system updates and changes
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation for clients and team members
• Serve as the go-to functional expert for all Performance Management needs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Performance Management
• Strong functional expertise in Performance Management processes and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, testing, and documentation skills
• Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
