Business Analyst III

Job Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid

M&A : Business Analyst : Lead current-state discovery and process mapping across Professional Services and Customer Success platforms, including Clarizen, Gainsight, and Salesforce.

• Define the future-state operating model with standardized end-to-end workflows across Sales, PS, and CS to support post-merger service delivery.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for system configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Design bi-directional system integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Clarizen, and Gainsight.
• Develop comprehensive data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation logic, and validation plans.
• Perform data quality assessments and define cleansing requirements to ensure data integrity pre- and post-migration.
• Translate business processes into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business sign-off for integrated systems and migrated data.
• Proactively manage integration risks, dependencies, and issue resolution as the primary liaison between business and IT teams.
• Support change enablement through training materials, SOP updates, and stakeholder communication for the integrated platforms.
