Job Description
We are embarking on a large, transformational Policy Administration System (PAS) initiative and are seeking an experienced program/project manager with a strong P&C (commercial/specialty insurance) background to support the insurance domain client.
This role requires a senior-level program management professional who can lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.

• Lead and manage large-scale insurance transformation programs
• Oversee multiple project workstreams, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Drive delivery of Policy Administration System (PAS) implementations
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment
• Provide executive-level status reporting and governance
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience
• Strong background in Commercial/Specialty P&C Insurance
• Hands-on experience managing Policy Administration implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid, enterprise environment
