Power BI Engineer / Lead (W2)

As a Sr Power BI Engineer with experience in Power BI performance tuning, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), and AtScale, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing and performing POC’s for the Power BI infrastructure within the organization.

Requirement:

• Lead project work expectations. Lead type of person in this role.
• Oversee offshore development and need experience doing so and coordinating w/offshore.
• Supply chain, FI and merch business areas is what they’ll focus on.
• Power BI and Tableau exp ideal, but definitely PBI for 3+ yrs.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of strong Power BI experience.
• Extensive experience with a focus on performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), particularly with BigQuery and other cloud-based data services.
• Experience/knowledge with AtScale, integration with Power BI.
• Strong understanding of DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and other Power BI development tools.
• Proven experience in optimizing and scaling Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models for high performance.
• Experience with offshore teams and leading development
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve performance issues across multi-platform environments.
