Project Manager – Banking & Cybersecurity (IAM Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support technology initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in banking and regulatory compliance, along with proven experience managing technology projects. Cybersecurity experience—particularly within Identity and Access Management (IAM)—is highly preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who excels in communication, organization, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

• Lead and coordinate project deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues while maintaining a high standard of quality

• Effectively manage and support projects and requests across multiple phases of delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and creating a positive experience for clients and project teams

• Proactively identify challenges, risks, and dependencies, and drive solutions to ensure successful outcomes

• Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability while maintaining a results-driven, “get stuff done” mindset

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects within a technology organization

• Hands-on experience working with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies

• Strong banking background with regulatory experience

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously with attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity project experience, with a strong preference for Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives

• Experience partnering with cross-functional technology and business teams in a regulated environment
