Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support technology initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in banking and regulatory compliance, along with proven experience managing technology projects. Cybersecurity experience—particularly within Identity and Access Management (IAM)—is highly preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who excels in communication, organization, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead and coordinate project deliverables, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues while maintaining a high standard of quality
Effectively manage and support projects and requests across multiple phases of delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and creating a positive experience for clients and project teams
Proactively identify challenges, risks, and dependencies, and drive solutions to ensure successful outcomes
Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability while maintaining a results-driven, “get stuff done” mindset
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing projects within a technology organization
Hands-on experience working with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Strong banking background with regulatory experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously with attention to detail and quality
Preferred Qualifications
Cybersecurity project experience, with a strong preference for Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives
Experience partnering with cross-functional technology and business teams in a regulated environment
