Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with strong functional knowledge of SD/OTC processes. The ideal candidate will partner with business teams, functional consultants, and cross-platform technical teams to design, build, and support complex custom developments in a high-volume S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality ABAP solutions including RICEFW objects, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.
Lead SD/OTC-related developments such as custom IDoc enhancements, pricing routines, user exits, BAdIs, delivery/billing enhancements, and interface programs.
Provide technical support for order management, shipping, delivery, billing, invoicing, credit/debit memos, returns, and RMA processes.
Collaborate with functional SD/OTC consultants to convert business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems (CPI/BTP, middleware, APIs, EDI).
Perform ABAP debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for complex custom objects.
Work with CDS Views, OData Services, and Fiori backend logic (preferred).
Provide production support, defect fixes, and root-cause analysis for OTC and inbound/outbound interfaces.
Prepare detailed technical specifications following SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Technical Developer.
Strong functional exposure to SD/OTC processes and a solid understanding of order-to-cash business flows.
Deep expertise in enhancements: User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, VOFM routines, pricing routines, workflow triggers.
Strong experience in IDoc development custom IDoc creation, mapping, partner profiles, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in ABAP OO, performance tuning, ALV, RFC/BAPI/BADI implementations.
Experience with S/4HANA, CDS views, and OData services (highly preferred).
Experience with integrations such as EDI/Orderful, CPI/BTP, API-based connections (a plus).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
