Role Summary
The Senior Mobile Technical Lead owns the end-to-end technical execution of the Customer Self-Service Lobby Companion application, spanning mobile, backend, and integration layers. This role serves as the technical decision-maker, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards while remaining hands-on in critical areas of development.
This is a player/coach role requiring strong architectural leadership, mobile expertise, and the ability to guide delivery teams from design through production.

Lead architecture and development of an Angular application wrapped with Ionic / Capacitor
Define and implement:
o Modular architecture and state management
o Mobile-first design patterns

Act as a player/coach for the mobile team:
o Set coding standards and best practices

Own overall system architecture across:
o Mobile applications (Ionic + Capacitor / Cordova)
o Backend services
o Messaging and event processing
o Data persistence layers
Technical Design Leadership
Lead design decisions for:
o Event-driven architectures (kiosk backend mobile)
o Push notifications and real-time updates
o Authentication and authorization flows (SSO, token-based auth)
Engineering Excellence
Define development standards and enforce code quality
Partner closely with:
o Backend engineering
o Kiosk teams
o QA and DevOps
Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across platforms

Bridge design and implementation across web and mobile platforms
Apply best practices in:
o Responsive and mobile-first design
o Cross-browser compatibility and optimization
o SEO-aware frontend development
Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases

Stay current with emerging trends in mobile and web technologies
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes
Provide technical guidance and mentorship as assigned
