Senior Business Analyst

Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting our Underwriting Workbench and Rules Engine initiatives. This position will focus on enabling new Business Units to integrate with the underwriting platform, while driving process improvements and standardization across the organization.
Role breakdown:
- 65% Requirements Elicitation
- 10% User Story/Sprints
- 25% Research and defect remediation
- Minimum 7 years as a BA
- Minimum 7 years in documentation (NOT managing someone in documentation but instead actually doing the documentation themselves)
- 6+ years in requirement elicitation
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall methodologies-- More waterfall than agile
- 5/6+ years with repository tools-Azure DevOps (preferred experience), but others would work.
-This role will be 5 days onsite downtown Cincinnati.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
