Pay Range: $20 - $22 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Support current on-
- This support would include, but not limited to, programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, shadowing on-air programming, monitoring on-air programming, and break support for other MCO’s.
- Maintain and manipulate on
- Air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using cutting
- Edge software like SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
- Take ownership of commercial integration, ensuring flawless rolling of commercial breaks during both taped and live programming.
- Contributing to the team which collectively monitors and maintains 150+ channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying any inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
- Guarantee the continuity of programming by meticulously confirming the readiness of everypiece of material for on-air playout.
- Protect our airwaves by meticulously simulating the viewer experience, constantly checkingfor proper audio, video, captioning, and picture quality.

- Maintaining reliability standards for On air
- Review on-air shows
