Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Vendor Operations Lead to join our dynamic team and help develop and advance our scaled operations capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee vendor relationships, optimize operational processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of products and services to our organization. This role requires strategic thinking, practical knowledge of vendor-led activities, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for the overall relationship.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Set up and monitor vendor tracking and measurement of all vendor activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and integrate new processes into the scaled operations model across the Sales organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and establish an effective scaled operations model.
- Prepare for and establish new support requirements between the organization and vendors, ensuring effective enablement and performance at the right time.
- Work with vendors to identify and implement opportunities for continuous operational efficiency improvements and automation.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on vendor performance, capacity, program changes, application health, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and support the establishment of additional scaled operations capabilities for RL Sales.
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Implement and manage vendor selection processes to ensure partnerships with high-quality suppliers.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with financial reporting and budget management.
- Familiarity with data analysis and AI-enhanced business intelligence tools.
- Project management experience.

Pay Range: $80 - $100
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
