Job Description
LPL Financial is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore to design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and AI-driven cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building next-generation AI platforms and cloud-native architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end AWS cloud solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
Lead the implementation of Generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, including foundation models and AI workflows.
Design, develop, and deploy Agent-based architectures using AgentCore for intelligent automation and decision-making.
Collaborate with business, data science, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architectures.
Define cloud architecture best practices, standards, and governance aligned with LPL security and compliance requirements.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.
Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework (Security, Reliability, Performance, Cost Optimization).
Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and operational efficiency.
Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to development teams.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and stakeholder presentations.
