Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer with deep expertise in Policy
Administration Systems. The ideal candidate understands the inherent complexity of PAS
platforms and can design, build, and extend highly configurable and scalable solutions. This
role requires strong hands-on engineering skills combined with architectural thinking across
data models, workflow orchestration, and modern API-driven, cloud-agnostic systems.

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience building or customizing Policy Administration Systems in
the insurance domain
Deep understanding of PAS architecture, policy lifecycle, and associated complexities
Experience designing configurable and extensible data models
Proven experience with workflow engines and externalized orchestration frameworks
Strong experience with API-first development, RESTful services, and integration
patterns
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, .NET, or equivalent
enterprise platforms
Experience building cloud-agnostic solutions with containerization and infrastructure
abstraction
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial or custom PAS platforms
Exposure to microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevOps practices
Prior experience in insurance product configuration and rollout
