About the Role
As a Senior Technology Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in administering, optimizing, and evolving our Oracle-based application environments. This includes Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M), Work and Asset Management (WAM), Oracle SOA Suite, and WebLogic systems. You'll collaborate closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance, reliable deployments across all environments—from development through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, and ongoing administration of WebLogic 12c, Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M), Work and Asset Management (WAM), and Oracle SOA Suite 12c applications.
- Handle administration, maintenance, patching, and upgrades to ensure system health and security.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation using shell and Python scripts to streamline operations.
- Investigate and lead resolution of complex application and server issues across C2M, WAM, SOA, and related Oracle platforms.
- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of Oracle environments from dev to production.
- Design and maintain robust backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans.
- Partner with development, database, and network teams to enable seamless integration and successful application deployments.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 10+ years of hands-on Information Technology experience.
- WebLogic Administration expertise
- Proficienct in Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting, and PERL.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework, CC&B/MDM/WAM solutions, and SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, BMC Control-M (or similar automation tools), and Dynatrace (or comparable monitoring solutions).
- Background in technical design, integration frameworks, and Oracle Utilities products.
