Overview

A dependable and professional IT Deployment Technician is needed to support our client within the Pittsburgh area. This role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality service as the organization shifts from project-based work to a long-term program model. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly device installations for new hires, including setup, configuration, and equipment swaps.
• Conduct periodic device refreshes and ensure end users are comfortable with their equipment.
• Support additional deployment projects when not assigned to primary account work.
• Deploy devices for new site builds and construction environments, typically with minimal user interaction.
• Participate in annual refresh initiatives involving hands-on technical deployment tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT deployment or a related technical field.
• Strong dependability, punctuality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Familiarity with device installation, configuration, and refresh procedures.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
