Job Details

Epsilon C5I, a 100% employee-owned company founded in 1998, is seeking a Senior Aerodynamics Modeling and Simulation Engineer (ES3) to join our team as we advance the State-of-the-Art in Aerospace Modeling and Simulation. Our products are used to improve our nation's capability by accurately modeling systems and systems interactions under study by the US Air Force, Space Force, and Department of Defense.

What You'll Do:
  • Generate and maintain digital models of aerodynamic systems in accordance with well-established production procedures.
  • Analyze scenarios, predict aerodynamic results and compare with digital simulation.
  • Conduct post processing and data reduction.
  • Write analysis reports and develop briefings.
  • Work independently and in a team environment.
  • Lead a team of engineers.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 or more years of experience creating digital aerodynamic models.
  • Applicants must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience working with TMAP models.
  • Knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink and TMAP/ITASE
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
