Job Details

Title: IT Manager
Employment Type: 3 month Contract to Hire
Compensation: 110k
Location: 4 days onsite, Bridgewater, MA. 1 day remote. 5 days onsite preferred
Reason for Opening: In the process of adding a new location to the organization

Must Have Experience:
  • 2+ years Customer service orientation (strong comm and professionalism)
            AND
  • 2+ years Experience with technical end user support (primarily Outlook and backend network troubleshooting; mostly done over the phone)
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting EMR (Electronic Medical Records
  • Relevant Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ETC)
Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure.
  • Work closely with other IT team members, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Provide support in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance employees' understanding and effective use of IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
