Summary

Senior Engineer, Unified Communications/M365 - remote (MUST be local to Los Angeles, SF or Orange County

Skills and Certifications [note: bold skills and certification are required]
7+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Messaging, or Microsoft 365 engineering roles
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and hybrid Exchange architectures
Hands-on experience with Proofpoint email security solutions
Working proficiency with Metadact or similar metadata-scrubbing tools
Deep understanding of the full email lifecycle - DNS, SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, TLS & routing topologies
Strong experience diagnosing and resolving complex UC & messaging issues across hybrid environments
Knowledge of identity and security technologies, including Azure AD, OAuth, conditional access & MFA
Experience using PowerShell or similar scripting tools for automation and administration
Law firm or professional services industry exp preferred
