Job Description:

The Product Manager leads the full product management lifecycle, translating business strategy into product capabilities and ensuring successful delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization of products.
This role partners closely with engineering, product owners, marketing, sales, and finance to deliver value-driven, market-aligned solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-implementation analytics.
Translate business strategy into product features, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure stakeholder requirements support delivery, testing, and alignment with existing products.
Leverage market and customer research to inform product roadmap and validate market demand.
Gather customer feedback and analyze product landscape, competitive trends, and emerging technologies.
Ensure product backlogs incorporate research insights and are properly prioritized
Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining value delivered at each milestone.
Document features and capabilities using workflows, user stories, and business requirements.
Support go-to-market strategies and product launches in collaboration with product owners, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams.
Develop and deliver product presentations and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate marketing and stakeholder communications, translating technical solutions into clear value propositions.
Collaborate with finance to define revenue drivers, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
Identify and document competitive analysis, market threats, trends, and insights for leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
Lead strategic and innovation initiatives related to product ideation and implementation.
Manage demanding stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Expertise in web portals, mobile applications, and backend systems including web services and database implementations.
Experience with cloud migration initiatives.
Strong knowledge of holistic product management lifecycle.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and analytics implementation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
Ability to use product KPIs and business metrics to optimize performance.

Experience:

10 years of product management and/or product owner experience.
Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor s degree.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Should Have:

Certified Product Manager (CPM AIPMM).
Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM AIPMM).
