Description- Performing a variety of technical functions in support of engineering activities such as troubleshooting, testing, modifying, assembling, maintaining and repairing of electronic systems and other specialized avionics equipment
- Evaluating components, subsystems, test equipment, and software, providing technical support to Air Force customers on operations and maintenance of assigned communications/surveillance equipment
- Performing aircraft installation, troubleshooting, and testing of equipment, supporting aircraft flight test and engineering evaluations of new systems and system configurations
- Assisting in training junior level electronics technicians and Air Force personnel to perform general fabrication, assembly, test and evaluation, and documentation tasks

Requirements- Minimum of five years aircraft avionics maintenance experience, JTWS equipment experience, or equivalent DoD SIGINT experience
- Must be able to operate as a single maintainer
Desired Skills- Eight plus years of experience with AFSOC, AF or DoD SIGINT/COMINT, EW, Guidance & Control or Comm/Nav systems
- Knowledge of AF and AFSOC organizational structure
- Knowledge of DoD SIGINT/COMINT employment concepts
- Familiarity with USAF, AFSOC aircraft maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures
- CompTIA Security+ certified or within 12 months
