Job Description
Required Education:
oDegree: Engineering.
oExperience: Minimum 3 years in a related environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
oUnderstanding of FDA/ISO Quality Systems and risk management.
oSkills: Experience with cross-functional teams, technical documentation, and data analysis. Familiarity with Minitab or Power BI is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
oInvestigate non-conformances using DMAIC tools and support CAPA activities.
oApply engineering knowledge (FMEA, DOE, SPC, etc.) to solve problems.
oPerform document reviews for design/labeling change controls.
oSupport product testing, complaint investigations, and trend analysis.
oSupport internal/external quality audits.
