responsibilities:
Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade web applications and APIs using .NET Core and C#.
UI/UX Excellence: Build responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or Blazor.
Data Engineering & Integration: Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines via Azure Data Factory to integrate complex insurance and financial data sets.
Advanced Analytics: Develop and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports to support regulatory and KPI tracking.
Database Optimization: Own the performance of SQL Server environments through expert-level query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards, maintaining rigorous application security protocols.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Lead technical projects, participate in high-level architecture discussions, and mentor junior team members through code reviews and best practices.
DevOps: Support and mature the CI/CD lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
qualifications:
Core Stack: 5+ years of professional experience in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
Front-End: Proficiency in at least one modern framework (Angular, React, or Blazor).
Data Integration: Proven experience with Azure Data Factory and modern data modeling.
Reporting: Expertise in Power BI (dashboards) and SSRS (paginated reports).
Domain Expertise: Previous experience in Insurance, Finance, or another highly regulated industry is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications (Azure Developer, Data Analyst, or Solutions Architect).
Experience integrating systems with third-party brokers and regulatory platforms.
Deep understanding of system integration patterns (Microservices, Event-driven architecture).
