We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions that support business processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, understands business requirements, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
  
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  
• Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD tools
  
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with Salesforce best practices
  
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer

Strong proficiency in:

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  
• SOQL/SOSL
  
• Salesforce Data Model
  
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  
• Familiarity with source control (Git) and deployment tools (Change Sets, Salesforce DX)
  
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
