Executive Administrator

Day to Day:

• Act as a trusted partner to the CTO, keeping their day running smoothly


• Own and prioritize the CTO s calendar (not just scheduling true time management)


• Manage complex travel and expenses using Global business travel tool OR Similar.


• Support leadership meetings (prep, materials, follow-ups)


• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement to move things forward


• Filter information, flag priorities, and reduce noise


• Represent the CTO professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Must Haves:

• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or VP leaders


• Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment


• Strong calendar management and prioritization skills


• Hands-on experience with Global Business Travel (or similar)


• Comfortable with Workspace, Email writing, Slack/Teams


• Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and adaptable
