Pay Range: $50/hr-$60/hr
Contract Length: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Role SummaryThe Scrum Master supports one or more cross-functional product teams in delivering high-quality digital workplace solutions across collaboration platforms, endpoint and identity services, and productivity technologies. This role is responsible for coaching teams on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, removing delivery obstacles, and ensuring consistent, incremental progress toward defined business outcomes such as user experience, adoption, reliability, and operational supportability.
Minimum Qualifications- 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting platform or product teams.
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and apply lean or Kanban practices to optimize flow.
- Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management, boards, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong servant-leadership mindset with excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching capabilities.
- Ability to manage and coordinate dependencies across areas such as security, networking, identity, endpoint management, and collaboration services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Professional certifications such as PSM I/II, CSM, SASM, or Kanban (KMP); experience with scaled agile frameworks is beneficial.
- Practical familiarity with modern digital workplace ecosystems, including collaboration tools, content platforms, and endpoint management solutions.
- Exposure to ITSM/ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and concepts related to service reliability or SRE practices.
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Comfort working with value and metric frameworks such as OKRs, DORA/Accelerate metrics, digital experience (DEX/EX) measures, and satisfaction indicators like CSAT or NPS.
