We are seeking a skilled Programmer with strong experience in Python, Power BI, and Power Apps, and a solid understanding of manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will develop data-driven solutions, automate processes, and create dashboards and applications that support production, operations, and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python-based scripts and applications for data processing, automation, and system integration Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support manufacturing KPIs, production tracking, quality, and performance analysis Build and customize Power Apps to streamline manufacturing workflows, data collection, and operational processes Integrate data from manufacturing systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs, and databases Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security across all solutions Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for developed tools and applications Required Skills & Qualifications Strong programming experience in Python Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report optimization) Experience developing applications using Power Apps and Power Platform Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and operational workflows Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar) Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP or MES systems Familiarity with Power Automate Understanding of industrial data sources and automation systems Experience with data integration, APIs, or cloud platforms Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
