Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Merrimack, NH.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; Technology-related field preferred
* 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
* 3+ years working on Agile teams delivering value in digital products preferred; Agile/Scrum experience is preferred
* Successful track record delivering in an evolving in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
* Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
* Experience in solving sophisticated business problems while turning them into simple software solutions
* Superb communication as a writer, presenter, and facilitator with presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Crafting web-based transaction applications in Agile/Scrum methodology including requirements, stories and project tracking using JIRA
* Outstanding collaborator and consensus builder
* Results mentality with ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
* Proactive, phenomenal teammate who understands how systems applications can provide solutions to business problems and objectives
* Proven social skills including negotiation, communication, and influence
* Has broad application/technology knowledge (i.e. SQL, Use case writing, business processes and system workflows documentation) and is a recognized specialist in two or more areas
* Highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Entrepreneurial thinker comfortable embracing, proposing and leading change
* Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, involving multiple partners and technical groups
* Experience with APIs is a plus
* Knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industry is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
